Wedding Vendor Terms & Recurring Billing Authorization

Go Live Vegas is a promotional platform
Go Live Vegas, LLC provides listing, advertising, discovery, app, website, and promotional services. Go Live Vegas does not perform wedding services, operate your business, provide venues, supervise staff, control prices, manage customer contracts, or guarantee leads, bookings, traffic, revenue, placement, sales, or results.
Independent vendor responsibility
You are an independent business/vendor and are solely responsible for your services, contracts, employees, pricing, refunds, taxes, licenses, permits, insurance, availability, customer disputes, legal compliance, safety, venue rules, and performance.
Accuracy and content rights
You confirm all submitted business information, images, logos, descriptions, pricing claims, packages, deals, links, videos, ads, and promotional content are accurate, lawful, not misleading, and that you own or have permission to submit and authorize Go Live Vegas to display and promote that content.
Copyright, trademark, music, likeness, and media rights
You confirm all submitted photos, videos, logos, text, music, voiceovers, names, likenesses, testimonials, venue images, portfolio samples, trademarks, promotional claims, and copyrighted materials are owned by you or properly licensed/authorized. You grant Go Live Vegas permission to host, display, crop, resize, edit, publish, stream, advertise, and promote submitted materials in the Go Live Vegas app, website, admin tools, emails, ads, social media, and marketing materials.
Sponsored content and advertising disclosure
You understand your listing, ads, videos, sponsored placements, featured placements, promotions, or partner content may be labeled as sponsored, paid, featured, partner, affiliate, or promotional content in the app, website, emails, social media, or marketing materials.
Moderation, complaints, and takedowns
Go Live Vegas may remove, disable, edit, reject, or investigate content if a complaint, copyright/trademark issue, safety concern, billing issue, misleading claim, fraud concern, or legal concern is reported. Complaints or takedown requests may be sent to info@golive.vegas.
No emergency, safety, or professional reliance
Go Live Vegas is not an emergency, safety, health, law enforcement, navigation, weather-alert, legal, financial, tax, or professional advice service. Couples, guests, and vendors must use their own judgment, verify details directly, and follow official authorities, venue rules, contracts, and applicable laws.
Paid placement and recurring billing
The selected wedding vendor plan is a recurring Stripe subscription. By continuing to checkout, you authorize Go Live Vegas, LLC to charge the selected recurring plan amount through Stripe until canceled, suspended, expired, or terminated under the wedding vendor terms. Stripe handles card/payment method storage; Go Live Vegas does not store card numbers or CVV.
Review, approval, rejection, and removal
All submissions are subject to manual review. Go Live Vegas may approve, reject, edit, reclassify, hide, disable, suspend, or remove a listing, deal, ad, image, video, or placement at any time for quality, safety, legal, policy, billing, fraud-prevention, operational, technical, or business reasons.
No refunds and failed billing
Submission, setup, listing, advertising, and subscription fees are non-refundable once processed except at Go Live Vegas's sole discretion. Failed payments, chargebacks, disputes, canceled subscriptions, or past-due billing may cause listings, deals, ads, and featured placements to be hidden, restricted, suspended, or removed.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Live Vegas, LLC and its owners, contractors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, chargebacks, disputes, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your business, services, customers, contracts, submitted content, advertising claims, intellectual property issues, legal compliance, or breach of these terms.
Recordkeeping email
A copy/summary of your wedding vendor application and legal acceptance will be emailed to the vendor email entered on this form and copied to info@golive.vegas.
