Promote your Las Vegas business, special, flyer, offer, or local deal inside Go Live Vegas. Choose a recurring placement plan, accept the legal terms, and complete Stripe Checkout. All submissions are manually reviewed before publishing.
Local Deals Terms & Recurring Billing Authorization
Please read and accept every required acknowledgement before checkout.
Authorization to submit.
You confirm you are authorized to submit this business, deal, coupon, flyer, offer, image, link, and promotional content to Go Live Vegas.
Accuracy and deal responsibility.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the business information, offer, discount, pricing, dates, restrictions, fine print, location, phone, website, images, and redemption instructions are accurate, lawful, not misleading, and kept current.
Platform only.
Go Live Vegas, LLC provides a listing, discovery, advertising, and promotional platform. Go Live Vegas does not operate your business, sell your products, fulfill the deal, verify inventory, guarantee availability, process refunds for your customers, or guarantee customer turnout, sales, clicks, views, leads, revenue, or results.
Business compliance.
Your business is responsible for all licenses, permits, taxes, insurance, health/safety compliance, customer service, redemption, refunds, chargebacks, customer disputes, advertising claims, and legal compliance.
Content rights.
You confirm you own or have permission to submit all logos, flyers, photos, text, videos, links, trademarks, names, and promotional claims. You authorize Go Live Vegas to display, crop, resize, edit, publish, and promote submitted content in the app, website, admin tools, emails, ads, social media, and marketing materials related to the listing.
Copyright, trademark, music, likeness, and media rights.
You confirm submitted content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, music rights, likeness rights, or other third-party rights. If you submit video, music, voiceovers, people, logos, copyrighted images, or branded materials, you confirm you have all permissions, releases, and licenses needed for Go Live Vegas to host, display, stream, publish, advertise, and promote that content.
Sponsored content and advertising disclosure.
You understand your listing, deal, flyer, ad, video, or promotion may be labeled as sponsored, paid, featured, partner, affiliate, or promotional content in the app, website, emails, social media, or marketing materials.
Moderation, complaints, and takedowns.
Go Live Vegas may remove, disable, edit, reject, or investigate content if a complaint, copyright/trademark issue, safety concern, billing issue, misleading claim, fraud concern, or legal concern is reported. Complaints or takedown requests may be sent to info@golive.vegas.
No emergency, safety, or professional reliance.
Go Live Vegas is not an emergency, safety, health, law enforcement, navigation, weather-alert, or professional advice service. Users and businesses must use their own judgment and follow official authorities, applicable laws, venue rules, and safety guidance.
Recurring billing.
The selected local deal placement is a recurring Stripe subscription. By continuing to checkout, you authorize Go Live Vegas, LLC to charge the selected recurring amount through Stripe until canceled, suspended, expired, or terminated under these terms. Stripe handles card/payment method storage; Go Live Vegas does not store card numbers or CVV.
Review and removal.
Go Live Vegas may review, edit, reject, reclassify, hide, disable, suspend, remove, or refuse any listing, ad, image, video, deal, or placement at any time, including after payment, for legal, quality, safety, policy, fraud-prevention, billing, technical, operational, or business reasons.
No refunds.
Submission, listing, advertising, and subscription fees are non-refundable once processed except at Go Live Vegas's sole discretion. Low redemptions, poor sales, weather, business closure, customer complaints, rejected content, duplicates, or third-party issues do not automatically create a refund obligation.
Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Live Vegas, LLC and its owners, contractors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, chargebacks, disputes, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your business, deal, content, advertising claims, customers, products/services, refunds, legal compliance, or breach of these terms.
Recordkeeping.
A copy/summary of your application and legal acceptance will be emailed to the vendor email entered on this form and copied to info@golive.vegas.
