Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Live Vegas, LLC (and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates) from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your submission, your event, or any breach of these terms.

Attendee risk. Attendees participate at their own risk. Go Live Vegas, LLC is not liable for cancellations, changes, injuries, property damage, or other losses related to any event.
