Paid submission does not guarantee publication. Go Live Vegas, LLC may review, approve, edit, reject, hide, suspend, or remove any listing, image, flyer, link, or text at any time. Events remain hidden until payment is completed and Go Live Vegas approves the listing.

You represent that you own or have all required rights, licenses, releases, and permissions to use and submit any images, graphics, logos, trademarks, names, likenesses, artwork, venue names, performer names, sponsor marks, or other protected material. Go Live Vegas may remove or disable content in response to copyright, trademark, publicity-rights, or DMCA-related complaints.

No refunds and removal rights.
Event submission fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, except at the sole discretion of Go Live Vegas, LLC. Go Live Vegas may reject, remove, or hide any listing for legal, safety, payment, policy, user complaint, intellectual property, brand safety, technical, or business reasons.

Platform only and attendee risk.
Go Live Vegas provides a publishing and promotional platform and does not organize, sponsor, verify, guarantee, insure, supervise, or control submitted events. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Live Vegas, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your submission, event, content, images, links, conduct, attendees, vendors, or violation of law or third-party rights.
