Apply to join the Go Live Vegas food vendor system. Approved vendors receive a claim code, pair their own iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or tablet, and can go live from the app when they are ready for customers.

How billing and approval works:
1) Submit your application and accept the food vendor terms.
2) Pay the one-time $49 setup / verification fee through Stripe Checkout.
3) Go Live Vegas manually reviews your application.
4) Approved vendors receive a one-time claim code for app pairing.
5) After approval and pairing, vendors can go live from the truck using the app.

Go Live Vegas is a discovery and advertising platform

Go Live Vegas, LLC provides app, website, advertising, listing, promotional, and live discovery tools. Go Live Vegas does not operate your food truck, prepare or sell your food, employ your staff, control your pricing, supervise your operations, or guarantee customers, sales, traffic, clicks, placement, app engagement, revenue, or results.

Independent food vendor responsibility

You are an independent food vendor/business. You are solely responsible for your products, food preparation, food safety, sanitation, staff, taxes, insurance, permits, business licenses, health department compliance, location permission, parking, pricing, menus, offers, customer service, refunds, disputes, and every legal obligation required to operate.

Live location, GPS, heartbeat, and phone requirements

If approved, live status depends on the app, paired device, GPS/location permissions, mobile signal, internet connection, and heartbeat updates. The approved vendor phone or tablet must remain powered on, connected, and physically with the food truck while live.

No guarantee of live accuracy or results

A live label, map marker, distance estimate, paid placement, featured status, or advertisement does not guarantee that the truck is present, open, serving, available, licensed, safe, permitted, or that it will receive customers, sales, clicks, revenue, or any result.

Review, removal, and records

Go Live Vegas may review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, remove, or disable a listing, promotion, image, offer, or live status at any time. By submitting, you authorize a copy/summary of this application and legal acceptance to be emailed to info@golive.vegas and copied to the vendor email.

I am authorized to submit this food vendor application and bind this business to the Go Live Vegas Food Vendor Terms.I confirm that all information, photos, links, claims, permit/license notes, and submitted content are accurate and that I have the rights to use them.I understand my food business is solely responsible for permits, licenses, health/safety compliance, insurance, taxes, location permission, food quality, refunds, and operations.I understand Go Live Vegas does not guarantee customers, sales, traffic, clicks, app engagement, ranking, placement, revenue, or results.I understand live status depends on the vendor device, GPS, permissions, internet connection, and heartbeat activity, and that stale activity may cause warnings or automatic offline status.I understand Go Live Vegas may review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, remove, or disable my listing, content, promotions, or live status when needed.I have read, understand, and agree to the Go Live Vegas Food Vendor Terms, live location rules, payment terms, disclaimers, and legal acknowledgements above.
