Get Your Truck Verified on Go Live Vegas
Join the live food vendor map for Las Vegas. Approved vendors can appear in the Go Live Vegas app, update today’s operating hours, upload location photos, and check in from their live location so users can find them in real time.
How billing works:
1) Pay the one-time $49 setup / verification fee today.
2) Choose the vendor plan you want us to assign after approval.
3) We review and approve the vendor manually.
4) Once approved, the vendor receives a one-time claim code to pair inside the app.
5) Approved vendors with active billing can go live from the food truck without paying each time.

How It Works
Submit your application
Complete the vendor registration form with your business details and truck information.
Choose your plan
Select Standard, Featured, Premium Placement, Verified Yearly, or Featured Yearly so your pricing preference is saved with the application.
Pay setup / verification
Submit the one-time $49 setup and manual review fee securely through Stripe Checkout.
Get approved and go live
After review, approved vendors receive a one-time claim code for app pairing and can go live once their selected plan is active.
How the App Works for Food Vendors
Go Live Vegas is built so approved food vendors can control when they appear live. Your profile can stay in the vendor directory, but your truck only shows as live when you check in from the app at your real service location.
Pair Your Phone
After approval, you receive a one-time claim code to pair your iPhone or Android device to your vendor profile.
Update Today
Edit your area, cuisine, hours, photo, specials, coupon/deal, and promotional text before going live.
Go Live On-Site
When you are at the truck and ready for customers, go live from the vendor dashboard to activate your live location.
Appear on the Map
Locals and tourists can see your live truck, view your details, open directions, and find your specials in real time.
The heartbeat helps confirm the vendor phone is still active near the live service zone. It protects the map from stale listings, helps prevent a truck from appearing live after leaving, and helps Go Live Vegas keep food vendor locations accurate for customers.
How Locals & Tourists Find You
Users open Go Live Vegas when they are deciding where to go, what to eat, and what is happening nearby. Food vendors can be discovered from the Food section, the live map, and promotional placements inside the app.
Tourists
Visitors can discover live trucks near the Strip, Fremont, events, hotels, attractions, and nightlife areas.
Locals
Locals can find nearby vendors, check current specials, and follow trucks that move around the valley.
Directions & Rides
Customers can open maps, directions, and ride options so they can get to your truck faster.
Real-Time Demand
Going live tells users you are open now, not just listed. This makes the app useful at the decision moment.
Apply to Be a Verified Food Vendor
Complete the application below. Choose the plan you want assigned after approval. The form posts JSON to your live Firebase checkout function and redirects to Stripe Checkout for the one-time $49 setup / verification fee.
Verification First
Listings should not go live until your review team has checked submitted information and approved the business.
Claim Code + Heartbeat
After approval, the vendor pairs one phone. The heartbeat helps keep live map locations accurate while the truck is active.
Plans Ready To Sell
Standard, Featured, Premium Placement, Verified Yearly, and Featured Yearly are now reflected in the frontend copy and submission payload.
