Go Live Vegas, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, clients, vendors, sponsors, advertisers, event organizers, and other contributors to do the same.
This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how to submit notices of claimed copyright infringement and counter-notifications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
1. Designated DMCA Agent
Please send copyright notices to:

Important: To preserve DMCA safe-harbor protections, online service providers generally must designate a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and keep that designation current. Public website notice alone may not be enough. Designations generally must be renewed every three years.

- Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the URL or enough information for us to locate it
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Action After Receiving a Notice
After receiving a valid DMCA notice, Go Live Vegas may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the user or content provider, and take other actions we deem appropriate.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the federal courts located in Nevada
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or that person's agent
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Go Live Vegas may terminate or restrict access for users, clients, vendors, sponsors, advertisers, event organizers, or other contributors who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing content.

Knowingly submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, you should consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
