These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Go Live Vegas website, mobile applications, admin tools, Event Hub tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Go Live Vegas, LLC ("Go Live Vegas," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Go Live Vegas is a discovery, entertainment, event, travel, nightlife, food vendor, wedding, sports, advertising, and local information platform for Las Vegas and related experiences.
The Services may include live streams, events, Event Hubs, schedules, maps, vendors, guests, sponsors, giveaways, hotels, ticket links, affiliate links, local deals, food vendor listings, wedding vendors, news, sports, weather, nightlife, and other content.
2. Informational Platform Only
Go Live Vegas provides information, discovery tools, advertising, sponsored placements, links, and technology services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Go Live Vegas does not own, operate, manage, supervise, inspect, endorse, guarantee, or control third-party events, venues, hotels, vendors, sponsors, advertisers, transportation providers, ticket sellers, performers, guest appearances, or offers.
Information may change without notice. You are responsible for confirming details directly with the applicable organizer, venue, vendor, ticket provider, hotel, advertiser, sponsor, or third-party service.
3. Event Hubs
Event Hubs may include schedules, maps, floor plans, guests, vendors, sponsors, updates, FAQs, giveaways, push requests, announcements, and other event-related materials.
Event organizers, clients, vendors, sponsors, and admins may provide or update Event Hub content. Go Live Vegas may review, edit, moderate, reject, remove, reclassify, or disable content, but we are not responsible for all third-party claims, graphics, photos, schedules, maps, descriptions, guest information, vendor listings, sponsor offers, or announcements.
Schedules, maps, guest appearances, vendor participation, sponsor offers, giveaways, and event details may change at any time. Guest appearances and event programming are subject to cancellation, delay, substitution, or change.
4. Accounts and Admin Access
Some features require account access, including admin tools, vendor tools, client tools, Event Hub management, and paid services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.
Go Live Vegas may suspend or terminate account access for misuse, security concerns, nonpayment, policy violations, or any other reason permitted by law.
5. User, Client, and Business Content
If you submit content to the Services, including text, images, videos, logos, graphics, maps, guest information, vendor information, sponsor information, schedules, updates, or other materials, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide that content.
You grant Go Live Vegas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, resize, format, distribute, and use submitted content in connection with operating, promoting, marketing, and improving the Services.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, obscene, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Paid Services, Advertising, and Sponsored Content
The Services may include paid placements, sponsored listings, movie ads, feed ads, Event Hub placements, vendor placements, local deals, wedding vendor listings, food vendor products, subscriptions, and other paid products.
Paid placements and sponsored content may be labeled as sponsored, advertisement, paid placement, featured, promoted, partner content, or similar wording.
Go Live Vegas may earn money when users view, tap, purchase, book, submit, or interact with certain content, including ads, affiliate links, hotel links, ticket links, and partner offers.
Advertisers, sponsors, vendors, hotels, ticket sellers, affiliates, and other third parties are responsible for their own offers, prices, availability, terms, claims, licenses, products, refunds, services, and conduct.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Apple, Google, or other processors.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, fees for advertising, sponsored placements, Event Hubs, vendor services, subscriptions, and other paid products may be non-refundable once services begin, content is published, or ad inventory is reserved.
Go Live Vegas may modify, suspend, or remove paid placements for policy, legal, security, technical, content, billing, or operational reasons.
8. Location, Live Status, and Analytics
Some features may use location, device, and analytics data to provide maps, directions, food vendor live status, Event Hub analytics, venue insights, heat/pulse features, nearby content, and service reliability.
Location and live-status features depend on device permissions, GPS accuracy, mobile signal, app activity, vendor participation, internet connectivity, and other factors. A live marker, zone status, or location-based feature is not a guarantee that a vendor, event, venue, or service is available, open, safe, licensed, or accurate.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, ticketing providers, hotels, advertisers, affiliates, ride-share services, maps, payment processors, social platforms, streaming platforms, and other services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, prices, availability, content, privacy practices, terms, refunds, purchases, or claims. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by their terms and privacy policies.
10. Safety and Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety, transportation, purchases, bookings, travel decisions, interactions, attendance at events, and use of third-party services.
Do not use the Services while driving or in any unsafe manner. Always follow applicable laws, venue rules, event rules, and public safety instructions.
11. Intellectual Property
The Services, including our software, design, branding, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by Go Live Vegas or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or misuse the Services except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unlawful content
- Interfere with the Services or attempt unauthorized access
- Abuse admin, vendor, client, Event Hub, or account tools
- Upload malware, harmful code, or deceptive content
- Misrepresent your identity, business, event, authorization, or affiliation
- Use the Services for fraud, spam, harassment, or unlawful advertising
- Circumvent payment, security, access, or content controls
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Live Vegas disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Live Vegas, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, third-party conduct, event changes, cancellations, purchases, bookings, or reliance on information displayed in the Services.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Live Vegas, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any rights.
17. Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
