No part of GLV EH, including its app screens, event operations flow, manager tools, staff tools, check-in tools, alerts, tasks, handoff features, runbook layout, incident log structure, organizer readiness tools, dashboards, code, graphics, documentation, training text, or brand identity may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, scraped, reverse engineered, reskinned, cloned, or used to create a competing event operations product without prior written permission from Go Live Vegas LLC.

Authorized Access and Event Operations Use

GLV EH is intended for approved event operations use. Access may be limited to authorized staff, managers, supervisors, clients, administrators, or invited users. User permissions, app features, event content, staff data, incident notes, communications, check-ins, and operational tools may vary by assigned role and event access.

Unauthorized access, copying, redistribution, credential sharing, data scraping, tampering, bypassing security, or use of GLV EH outside approved event operations is prohibited.

Client, Staff, Event, and Third-Party Content

Event names, venue names, sponsor names, vendor names, staff names, client materials, uploaded event assets, schedules, maps, notes, photos, messages, operational updates, and other submitted materials may belong to the applicable event organizer, client, user, venue, sponsor, vendor, or third-party owner.

Go Live Vegas LLC does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, venue names, client materials, or user-submitted content, except for the rights necessary to operate, display, manage, review, secure, and support GLV EH and the related Go Live Vegas Event Hub services.

Operational Disclaimer

GLV EH provides event coordination and communication tools, but it does not replace professional security, medical, emergency, legal, venue, staffing, or public safety services. Event organizers and authorized users are responsible for verifying event details, following venue rules, complying with applicable laws, and using appropriate emergency procedures when needed.
