Running from now through June 12, Momofuku Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan is offering three-course menus at both lunch and dinner. The $40 lunch features Spicy Cucumbers or Shshito Peppers, a Shrimp or Pork Bun, and a choice of Pork or Mushroom Ramen. The $80 dinner steps it up with a Bun starter, a veggie side (Brussels Sprouts or Asparagus), and an entrée of Iberico Pork or Ocean Trout. For the truly adventurous – or the decisionally challenged – there’s also “Momo’s Best,” a curated chef’s-choice experience where you simply pick your dining tier and let the team do the heavy lifting. Think Foie Gras, Colorado Lamb Ribs, 5 Spice Roasted Duck, and other hits you’ll be talking about for weeks.

I visited recently and was genuinely impressed. Our server Zamir operated less like a waiter and more like a well-informed, low-key concierge. Knowledgeable, attentive without hovering, and the rare kind of service professional who makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit.
The food presentation is legitimately beautiful; plated like art, but with actual generous portions (a rare combo). I went rogue and ordered the Burger Sando without the Texas Toast bun, a large and savory square patty, all dressed up with onion, cheese, and shredded lettuce. The cornbread pancakes are an experience unto themselves: more dessert-leaning than meal-like, but unique and worth ordering. My companion’s Shoyu Pork Ramen was deeply flavorful and satisfying.
The room itself is easy to find, on the second floor of the Cosmo, no casino labyrinth required, and offers everything from cozy strip-view booths to lazy-susan-style tables built for sharing.

New seasonal additions include Korean Wings, Asparagus with yuzu and furikake, Sweet & Spicy Rice Cakes, and rotating slushies in flavors like Mango Lychee. Cocktails circulating nearby looked aggressively photogenic.
Oh, and locals get three hours free parking at the Cosmopolitan. See you there!
